Crown Sway Bar End Links

I am going through the suspension and other areas of the car...but my question is this: is the rear bar when properly installed parallel to the ground or is it tilted, so to speak? What length is the end link assembly? Mine was a bit "creative", various washers, shock bushings, and some homemade spacers as well. If anyone has a photo it would be much appreciated!
