Mason Shields - Louisville, KY
Posted: Thu Nov 21, 2019 10:18 amIt's a privilege to welcome Mason Shields as a new member of the V-8 Registry. Mason is the current president of Derby City Corvair and the 5th member of our local Corvair group to become a member of the V-8 Registry. Mason and his father John own Shields Automotive in Louisville. Mason's Dad just recently finished building a Corvair for road course racing.
Mason and John drove up to Wisconsin last Sunday to check out Mike Hannon's (TT052) well build Crown car and trailered it home. Mason's plans don't currently include racing his new acquisition, but I can see that possibility in the future.
