Posted: Wed Aug 26, 2015 2:54 pmAccording to a posting on the Corvair Center Forum. the LS Vair was built by a neighbor of Mike Levine. The builder name is Jerry Ingram. Over $100,000 has been invested in the build. I don't have the owner's name yet, but I know that they live in Georgia.
I'll post more info as it becomes available. If anyone gets there first, please post. Wouldn't it be great to see this conversion displayed in the concours at the Springfield convention next year? That would perk up a few eyebrows from the 'purist' contingent.
