Front air opening

Check out the air intake on the front of the Electrovair II. I love the way they did that with the chrome trim around it and the turn signals.

The front opening looks great. To bad they didn't use it for cooling a V8 engine instead of a bunch of batteries! Looks like they were using Lucas Flamethrowers for headlights.

I think that front end treatment makes it look sort of predatory.

This front end treatment looks very professionally done and the lines are extremely clean. It has an almost 'stock' appearance.

Does anyone know who's car this is? As best I can tell, they are not a current Registry member. Any information would be appreciated.

Those were prototype General Motors vehicles from back in the 60s.

Yes, Electrovair II was built by GM in the 60's. It is an electric car. It is currently on display (at least as far as I know it is still there) at GM's Heritage Center in Detroit.
