Is anyone running a hydraulic release bearing with their 4-speed? I'd like to know how your clutch pedal actuates the master cylinder. My clutch pedal arraignment was borrowed from what Rick Norris came up with on his V8 build. Go to corvaircorsa dot com to see how Rick modified the stock cross shaft lever to push on the MC plunger. From what I've read, a 6:1 ratio is ideal for pedal pressure effort. That's the pedal length, from pivot to the end of the pedal, divided by the length of the pedal pivot to the MC plunger center. Right now, I'm at a 4.6:1 ratio. I'll need to decrease the distance between the pedal pivot and the MC plunger center by .63 to get the 6:1 ratio. Before I start moving things around, I like know if there are other/better ideas on this.
