crown transmission adaptor plate
Posted: Tue Oct 15, 2019 9:41 amStill gathering parts and looking to copy a Crown conversion down here in Australia. I've got a 68 coupe and a alloy sbc which I plan to run as a 302. Forged pistons and a 30-30 solid cam. I've also got a close ratio bc Saginaw and a 4 pinion carrier and a 3.55 crown and pinion.
I am searching for:-
1 a shifter "U" tube
2 a custom throw out sleeve and concentric ring
3 a crown plate to adapt the Chev bell housing to the corvair 4 speed (Trans mount plate)
Maybe with the C5 diff upgrades some one will have parts to sell?
I'll start a build photo list when I get going.
