nice car looks like a old build, single brake cylinder, Monza dash, different shifter, it also looks like it over all I like it has hot rod springs in it sits way to high

As I understand the last time this car was on eBay it had a $16,900 reserve. Now it shows no reserve and an opening bid of $13,500, with a "Buy It Now" of $15,500.

im not sure but it looks like it has a mechanical clutch probably cable to a lever not the best idea , weird pcv system as well just my observation

the previous buyer must have bailed once he saw the work

I don't believe there was a previous buyer. I don't think it met the seller's reserve last time.
