Acrylic Slotted Rear Windows
Posted: Mon Nov 22, 2021 9:39 pmInformation became available today from Archibald Evans that a business is now willing to produce acrylic slotted rear windows for Corvairs at a reduced price. Previously these windows sold for more than $1200.00. The manufacturer is now willing to sell them for $875.00 plus shipping. These rear windows have one large open slot near the top of the window panel. The purpose of the open slot is to allow hot engine air to exit the interior of the car. The increased air flow can also contribute to lower engine temperature.
